The event that got VFE started and brought us to where we are here now…

What is it about?

In 2022 – The Chairman of VFE wanted to celebrate that furry conventions were able to flourish again after 2 years of almost no furry conventions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Roomparties have always been an important piece of furry culture in the fandom and especially at Gdakon historically. That’s why Volskar decided to host a ‘Jungle Juice Party’ based in ‘Tipsy Bartender’s Youtube Videos that went viral where he films himself making large alcoholic concoctions in bath tubs and storage equipment. Volskar hosted his first Jungle Juice Party in the Appartment room of a friend at Gdakon. It attracted 1/3 of the convention and became a massive hit, went viral and brought countless memes. The Groupchat was born from it and it was held at Gdakon 2 more times untill it permenantly moved to SloFluffCon from 2023 onwards as an official event on their con schedule.
