Persons who register for an event organized by VolskarFurEvents must be aware of and comply to our rules set by the directionary board. These rules, conditions and agreemeents may be withheld, edited and added at a moments notice and are updated frequently. You are responsible for keeping yourself up to date with these rules set up by VolskarFurEvents to ensure a pleasant experience for all parties involved. By Registering for Furry Spa Krakow – you thus have agreed that you have read and understood these rules and are willing to accept the consequences of breaking these rules.

Furry Spa Krakow
Furry Spa Krakow is an annual furry spa event held in Emerald Spa Krakow, in Krakow, Poland

Section 1: Behaviour & Harassment Policies
S1.1: -Each attendee is expected to generally behave in a mature and respectful manner
S1.2: -Each attendee must be respectful, kind and patient with all venue staff present
S1.3: -Each attendee must follow directions of VFE/FSK/Emerald Spa Krakow Staff
S1.4: -Each attendee is expected to remain respectful with other attendees present, even if there are personal grievances
S1.5: -You are responsible for your actions even under the influence of alcohol or medication. Failure to know own limits when it comes to alcohol that leads to negative incidents may lead to disciplinary actions taken
S1.6: -Both VFE and Spa rules must be followed and Polish laws must be abided when present
S1.7: -FSK is an SFW event, while tasteful nudity is allowed in the Sauna and the Whirlpool, no sexual activity is allowed at the event. (A friendly hug, kiss or cuddle in the Sauna and Whirlpool is fine)
S1.8: -Any other unmentioned strange, anti-social, creepy, stalking, and/or offensive behaviour not mentioned can be sanctioned according to VFE discretion.
S1.9: -It is not allowed to audibly play your own music at the venue from any device that can play music (Phone, bluetooth speaker, etc)
S1.10: -Do not stick any stickers on Spa property including but not limited to,doors,windows,walls,the floor,other attendees property,VFE property,cars,tables,chairs,ceiling,or anywhere in or on the spa itself.

Section 2: Personal Dress/Items/Body Hygiene Rules
S2.1: -Up to standard personal body and clothes hygiene is expected – it is COMPULSORY to shower after using the sauna each time and before making use of the swimming pool & jacuzzi. Please also shower after using the toilet.
S2.2: – If you are sick with the cold, COVID, have a skin condition, or have diarrhea, you can NOT be at the event and you must cancel your attendance
S2.3: -Fursuit heads can be brought, but please be aware that it *may* not be possible to wear it in the sauna/jacuzzi/swimming pool of the Spa host does not want it (fibers may not be good for the on-site Spa amenities)
S2.4: -Clothes, general dress, flags, leaflets or anything else with political messages are not allowed to be worn/hung up/brought at the event
S2.5: -Props and items that are sharp, blunt, are dangerous or can fire projectiles of any sort including fakes, reproductions are banned unless explicit proof is given from VolskarFurEvents
S2.6: -Kink gear at the event (chasity, rubber kink mask, gimp guits, latex, pup hoods and the like) are forbidden at the event. Not only has this to do with acting presentable infront of the Spa host during the event – but these items can damage/stain the furniture/wooden benches at the sauna and conaminate the water in the jacuzzi/swimming pool.

Section 3: Photography Policy
Pictures are great to promote the event, to show you are having a good times, for your social media and for picturing memories. However – due to most of the attendees showing their faces, and due to some nudity allowed, you must follow and comply with our Photgraphy rules

S3.1: -You can ONLY take Photographs/Film with other individuals who have given you EXPLICIT PERMISSION to be included in your footage. When taking your picture/footage, you need to make sure no one else is in frame who was not asked & did not give permission to be included in your photo
S3.2: -Uploading pictures/footage that showed you engaging in disallowed sexual activity at the event secretely will result in you being perm-banned from all events created by VFE (For example, Pawska, Furry Spa Krakow, and our future planned cons/events)
S3.3: -It is however allowed to upload media taken at the event showcasing tasteful nudity. If you have taken such pictures with everyone’s consent, there is no punishment for uploading these to our NSFW Telegram Groupchat and/or your AD Social Media accounts for example.
S3.4: -If you are planning to upload allowed pictures from the event to VFE’s SFW & NFSW Groupchat with everyones consent; make sure to let the people involved know you would like to upload it for others to see and make sure no nude pictures get posted in the main SFW VFE Groupchat

Section 4: Legalities & Mandatory Argreements between you and VFE
S4.1: – You HAVE to be atleast 18 years of age to attend Furry Spa Krakow on the event date that is stated
S4.2: -FSK is a furry event for furries – we do not intend to allow non-furries to attend this event.
S4.3: -As stated, we allow Pawska attended who attended the 2025 edition of our convention and individuals who have already Registered & Paid for Pawska 2026 to apply for early registation. This is to make sure the event has attendees who are already familiar with each other form our main event. To qualify – you must prove you attended Pawska 2025/that you registered & paid for Pawska 2026 already via a form.
S4.4: If you know you are no longer able to attend the event, we expect you to formally let us know by PM’ing the appropiate VFE staff members or by emailing us. This is so we can give your FSK spot to someone else who’d like to attend. You may be warned if you do not let us know that you are no longer able to attend the event after registering & paying
S4.5: -Severe and/or repeated breaking of all and any rules can result in disciplinarary action being given, anywere from verbal warnings, to written warnings, to removal from the event, to being banned, to the police possibly being called in the most severe of cases or Polish law being broken
S4.6: -Incident reports and ban reports may be given to other convention organizing teams and may result in you being consequently banned there as a result
S4.7: -VolskarFurEvents is not responsible for losses and damage of personal equipment, assets, items and other wealth during the event
S4.8: -VolskarFurEvents will try to protect and guard attendees’ property, but can not 100% prevent or be accountable for stolen property at the event areas
S4.9: -Bringing and/or using prohibited drugs of any kind under Polish law could result in being banned and/or having the police called
S4.10: -VFE needs to view and use attendees’ personal information to process their registration. We look at your IRL name and DOB to validate your registration and to compare with your ID at on-site badge pickup. All your info is kept safe on a registration system seperate from the website. By registering for Pawska – you agree to all of the above and you agree that we adhere to all GDPR/Privacy Policies & Laws concerning the processing and storage and deletion of all of your personal information.
S4.11: -VFE may keep attendees personal details for a short while after the event has concluded in case of any legalities that may happen after the event. However, if this is not the case – attendees personal information will be permenantly wiped untill the next round of registration starts. This rule and the above rule both comply with EU GDPR Rules.
S4.12: -You are liable for any damages to Spa property, attendee property,Nicobar property or VFE property you incur
S4.13: -VolskarFurEvents can not be held liable for general or rare negative effects of attending FSK such as; viral diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, diarrhea, headaches, nausea or other aches, pains, ilnesses that could happen as a result and were due to mixing with other attendees. When you attend FSK you understand that there could be risks to your health. This extends to the drinks served by Nicobar and not by VFE; thus VFE can not be held responsible for drinks mishaps with allergies as example, and must be made clear with Nicobar staff.
S4.14: – We do not allow people to register on-site, there will be no ticket sale at the venue for FSK

Section 5 – Registration and miscellaneous Rules
S5.1: -It is mandatory to Register to attend FSK
S5.2: -It is mandatory to have paid during registration for FSK, with ALL information filled out correctly and truthfully. Not doing so may cause inconcenience for you and us, but purposely being negligent during filling in registration form could end up having your registration cancelled
S5.3: -It is mandatory to bring photographic ID when attending FSK at the registration table
S5.4: -In the event the attendee gets given something to identify themselves as an attendde such as a badge,lanyard or wristband this MUST be worn at ALL TIMES when in all Spa spaces, for your and our safety and to show that you are an official registrant at the event
S5.5: -VFE has the right to confiscate your attendee identifier in case of event where you are banned from the event
S5.6: – By registering & paying for FSK, you agree that we can publish your nickname on our website attendee list.
S5.7: -The nickname you use should be the nickname you are most known for/the main name of your fursona. Joke names, names of IRL celebrities or on purpose very long names are not allowed.
S.5.8: – It is compulsory to have read this entire rule page before you register & pay for Furry Spa Krakow
S.5.9: – It is entirely possible for you to be pre-banned from our events without having ever attended or breaking a rule in-person before based on your bad behaviour in our groupschats, in other groupschats, at other conventions and general negative feedback about you from previous interactions other furries had with you. We share co-responsibility of the venue with the Spa which is located completely on private property – and thus we can deny you registration and entry to the event for any such reason if we feel like you will be a danger to our attendees, venue, staff/Spa staff and to the integrity of our event as a whole even if you never attended our events before.

Section 6: Refunds
We process refunds on a case by case basis. Due to the expensive nature of the event, we can not give full refunds and our refund policy is less liberal compared to Pawska.

To qualify for a refund – you MUST let us know via ticket or email in time. We do not give automatic refunds for people who no-show.

Cancellation AFTER 20 September: 0% of Confee Refunded

Please note: We DO NOT refund Sponsorships of any kind – as Sponsorships are seen as gifts. Refunds are only for the basic confee mandatory for attending Pawska (The 199PLN confee)

Conclusion of Rules
We wanted to thank you for reading through these rules and hope you understand them and are commited to following them. Many of the rules are for ‘just in case’ and we are not expecting our attendees to break them en-masse. Creating events in the furry fandom comes with a lot of work and responsibility, and since they come with risks we have rules in place to protect ourselves, the con staff, the venue, the venue staff and the attendees. We are always open to dialogue about our rules, how to amend them and what to change and/or add. But to ensure a high quality and safe events; we have to enforce these rules.

Privacy/GDPR Policies

§ 1

Statements of the parties

1. VolskarFurEvents, operator of the website volskarfurevents.eu, declares that it is the controller of personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1662, hereinafter referred to as the Act), which it processes in accordance with applicable law. The Controller also declares that it is entering into this agreement for purposes directly related to its business or professional activities.
2. The portal user entrusts the Administrator with the processing of personal data within the scope and for the purpose covered by this agreement.
3. The Administrator declares that it has appropriate measures, including appropriate safeguards, enabling the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation).

§ 2

Scope and purpose of personal data processing

1. The Administrator may process personal data provided by the User only to the extent and for the purpose specified in this agreement.
2. Personal data will be processed by the Administrator solely for the purpose of handling events carried out by the Administrator.
3. The scope of processing includes the following data:
   1. personal data: name, surname, date of birth, address, telephone number, Telegram username, chosen nickname, participant’s system ID, avatar, nationality and country of origin
   2. statistical data related to the event, i.e.:
      • age statistics (ranges, averages)
      • statistics on the number of participants by level and function
      • statistics on accommodation and rooms
      • statistics on participant avatars
      • account statistics
      • statistical data examining which country the participant comes from
4. Data processing means any operations performed on personal data, such as collecting, recording, storing, processing, changing, making available and deleting, especially those performed in IT systems.

§ 3

Obligations of the entity entrusted with the processing of personal data

1. Before starting to process the data entrusted by the User, the Administrator undertakes to implement and maintain throughout the processing period all measures and security measures related to data processing, in accordance with the requirements of the Act and the Regulation.
2. The Administrator is liable for any damage caused to third parties resulting from improper processing of the personal data entrusted to him by the Administrator.
3. The User is not responsible for disclosing the entrusted personal data to unauthorized persons, taking it away by an unauthorized person, damaging or destroying such personal data if the reason for the above is the action or omission of the Administrator.

§ 4

Final provisions

Any changes to this Agreement must be notified via email to the account provided by the User during registration. Failure to delete the account after receiving the email constitutes acceptance of the changes.

In matters not regulated by this Agreement, the provisions of the Act and related implementing acts, as well as the Regulation and the Civil Code shall apply.
