General Hotel Information:

Location

Located at ul. Powstańców Warszawskich 45, 80-165 Gdańsk, Only 2KM away to the West from the City Centre lies the Main Hotel for Pawska. The Hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood nestled ontop of a hill giving furries a nice peaceful and private location for a furry convention without having to go far for public transport or supermarkets

How to get there

The Hotel can be reached easily by several ways.
By Bus from City Centre: Getting to Amber Hotel Gdańsk from the city centre is easy by public bus. From stops near Gdańsk Główny (Main Station) or the Old Town, attendees can take several ZTM Gdańsk bus lines, including 130, 131, 184, 199, or 210, all of which stop close to the hotel. Simply get off at Focha and take a short walk to the hotel entrance. The journey usually takes around 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic. For the return trip, the same bus lines run back toward the city centre from the same nearby stop, making travel to and from the convention straightforward, affordable, and convenient.
From the Airport: When arriving at Gdańsk Airport (GDN), you’ve got a few easy ways to reach Amber Hotel Gdańsk depending on your preferences and luggage. The most budget-friendly public option is bus line 210, which leaves from the Port Lotniczy 01 stop right outside the terminal and takes you toward the city — you can get off near the hotel’s area and enjoy a short walk (bus tickets cost around ~5 PLN, and the ride to the city area takes about 30–35 minutes). If you want door-to-door convenience, official airport taxis are available immediately outside arrivals and typically cost around 60–100 PLN with a journey of about 15–30 minutes depending on traffic. Ride-sharing apps like Uber, Bolt, or Free Now are also widely used from the airport and often a bit cheaper than traditional taxis — fares roughly fall in the 50–80 PLN range to central Gdańsk, with travel times similar to a taxi.

Restaurant

The Hotel has a highly regarded restaurant on premises for attendees to make use of whenever they want a nice place to rest their legs, have a quiet coffee, drinks with friends or a nice warm meal. The restaurant offers food up until 21:45 – However on convention days the restaurant/bar is open for drinks untill 2AM as we made an agreement with the hotel for a bartender to work late into the night to make drinks for our attendees. Spa

The Hotel has a Spa on Floor -1. To book the Spa, go to reception and ask for available timeslots. Confirm a timeslot with the Receptionist, the length of booking, how many people there will be, and the specific package you want. Come 5-10 minutes before your booked timeslot and enjoy the Spa!

Restaurant

Breakfast

The Restaurant offers a varied continental breakfast with some cooked options. The breakfast is a buffet style and is located in the Restaurant on the ground floor. The breakfast is not included in the hotel cost and costs 32PLN extra per person per day.

The Hotel has 48 Rooms across 3 Floors with a combined 113 sleeping spots. Guests can reach the floors via the staircase or with the lift.

Important Note About Main Hotel

When you Register for Pawska and secure a spot in the Main Hotel for Pawska (Amber) Please be aware this means you understood the rules and conditions of the convention and agree to them; SPECIFICALLY the rules & conditions when it comes to booking a place in Hotel Amber for your stay at Pawska. When you secure a room in the main Hotel via the online registration system – you enter a legal agreement with the parent company of Pawska (VolskarFurEvents). By Registering for the convention and securing a room, you agree you will attend the convention 100% untill you have explicitly informed us in due time that you have to cancel your attendance including your booked room. We DO NOT allow no-shows at our convention for example, and even if you have not paid for your room yet; you are still in charge of your room untill you can officialy hand it off to us. Mismanaging your room and no-showing may lead to action being taken by our parent company. Thus we ask you to keep up to date with the conditions of booking a room at Pawska on our Rules Page

Information about ‘Non-Main’ Hotels

Due to our small team and big workload – we have decided NOT to have an official contract with the local and close-by hotels that could have served as the ‘overflow’ Hotels. While we understand this may be frustrating for some attendees as they would have wanted Pawska to be officially in charge of room in the close overflow hotels; this would be a rather large task to handle and we decided to only be officially in charge of the main hotel rooms. Therefore – attendees can book a room for themselves and their roomie(s) on their own terms in their own time if supply allows via the hotels directly or via 3rd-party hotel booking websites. When you choose a non-official hotel for Pawska; you must undertstand that the booking terms are between you and the hotel in question and are done at your own risk.
